The Business Systems Analyst assumes responsibilities and serves as an enthusiastic liaison between Optimum’s automotive clients and internal solution development teams. The Business Systems Analyst will coordinate in solution implementation, lead and manage projects, gather user requirements, coordinate development, conduct system and UAT testing, and have responsibility for project deliverables and achieving client satisfaction with implementation and on-going system management.

  • Enforce project schedules and deadlines and manage project resources consistently within given timetable
  • Communicate and collaborate with customers to better understand their needs and address any concerns or issues
  • Initiate systems modifications, system expansions, and oversee the timely implementation of systems releases

The Business / Financial Analyst will work closely with the customers to help them effectively use Optimum’s Business Management system.
